I picked up a couple of these lights for my bikes, and so far, I've been quite pleased with them. I do think the light switch is a bit too sensitive and can easily turn on when I take it off the bike. Not a huge issue for me, though. Overall, I've been satisfied with the product and the customer support. However, both lights ended up failing at the same time and just stopped working. Obaidah was fantastic and asked me to return both units, where he found that the USB connection had developed a fault on each. This likely happened while connecting the cable, so it's something to keep an eye on. Both lights were fixed, and I'm really happy with the service I received.

Arrived quickly and securely packed. The brightness is sufficient for daytime use on the highest setting, and the design is really well thought out, complete with a handy instruction manual. Setting up the light was a breeze, and the alarm is both loud and effective. Of course, it’s best to pair it with a solid lock, just like the instructions recommend. It would definitely notify the owner if they were chilling at a cafe or pub and someone attempted to break a sturdy D lock. Overall, this has been a fantastic product so far.

Great discount for Black Friday! I ended up getting two, one for each of my eBikes. The torch and alarm come in a lovely box and are really well-made. It has a high-end appearance and feels solid, along with the other parts. Installation is a breeze, and all the necessary tools are included in the package. That said, there was a minor issue; on one of the alarms, a raised edge on the casing was a bit too tall, which stopped the torch from fitting in completely. I fixed it up quickly with a needle file. All sorted!

I requested 2 alarms and a light since I often switch between my 2 bikes. Everything's been going well. I can keep one bike fully secured in my garage while using the other as needed, arming the alarm whenever I step away. The light is super bright and activates the alarms just like it was supposed to.

I've been using this Bouh for a few months now, and it does the job nicely. It was a bit tricky to install, and I had to check out some YouTube videos a couple of times to get it right. The alarm is super effective; I found that out when I tried to ride off without attaching the light. It's loud enough to scare off potential thieves, but honestly, I never saw anyone even flinch when it went off. The light itself is pretty solid, offering a few different flashing modes. I did lose the cover that goes on when you take the light off pretty quickly, though.

When I returned, nobody seemed to notice anything. It felt like a pro job; they must've loaded it into a van or something super fast. So, make sure you have a solid lock and insurance.
